when to file 485 - July1st w/140 pending or upon 140 approval?

Anyone willing to share how INS process 485 with I-140 pending?

Just upgraded my EB3 I-140 to Premium Processing last week, and expect to receive a (Approval)notice by July 4th, hopefully.

Shall I file 485 on July 1st with I-140 PP pending in TSC? or I shall wait for several days until 140 got approved before 485 is being ted? Which way is a fater process?
