Card Production Ordered will come first then approval notice was sent. Some people even got third message: Card had been mailed. However, some people only got one of these messages.
If you had never (include First FP) FP with code 2 or code 3, you will recieve a notice to do FP with code 2. You will recieve your GC several days after your FP.
