my case(NIW) is similar with you.
I have got a transfer notice from NBC,
said my case was transfered USCIS-NBC, PO BOX 648005, Lee's Summit, MO 64064",that is National Benefits Center for NAME CHECK.

I already wait for I485 over 2 years.
