My experience: I went to the local office many times, almost onc

I almost met all the IOs in this office. I feel that some IOs know computer well, so they can tell me more info. Some one, especially for those older IOs, probably they don't have much computer knowledge and don't want to learn, so they don't know much, only can give you some forms. So go to next time, probably you meet a smart IO.
