请教热心人: 485应该寄往何处?

我的140是在德克萨斯批的,有的人说,我的485应该寄往德克萨斯.但是,在美国移民局网上没有德克萨斯地址,只有内布拉斯嘎的地址.是不是所有的485都应该寄到内布拉斯嘎.
