I think it depnds on when your I-485 was ted. If it was ted before Oct. 2005, then when your PD becomes current, your I-485 can be approved in 1-2 months with a new FP was done. If you I-485 after PD become current, it can vary between 3 months to 3+ years.

There is no law regulates, but still seems EB1 might be quicker approved than EB2/3, especially for EB1b which is based on a permanent position. But this is just guessing. Anyone has any comments.
