I have a concern: if my huaband'I-140 is failed unfornately, what will be my status?
-- if not use EAD, you keep opt-F1, once you use EAD, then you become out of status.

Can I go back to my F1/OPT? Or I still have time and opportunity to apply for H4. Will I have to go back to china to apply for H4 visa and reenter the US?
--filed 485, you can not apply / return F1/opt. Once reject 140/485, you can not have time to apply H4, you can return China to apply it.
