急问: 我爸中风在 Intensive Care Center

我爸妈去年9月来美国探亲. 我姐姐今年在他们签证到期前申请了延期, 但是只收到了RECEIPT,至今仍没有收到延期批准. 我姐姐今年4月底拿到公民 后就为我爸妈申请了绿卡. 他们的I130 和I485 均PENDING (收到了RECEIPT), 请问:
1. 在I130 和I485 均PENDING期间, 他们可以申请州政府的MEDICARE 吗?
2. 如果在病情稳定后回国, 他们会丢失身份吗? 他们的绿卡申请可以继续吗?
我现在在医院心乱如麻. 非常感激各位!
