My Perm filing date is 5/2006 (Priority date??)
Approved: 6/2006
I-140 filing: 8/2006
REF: 4/2007
Employer ted evidence,and informed that final decision will be made by 8/2007. So it is pending now.

Based on your reply, the retrogression does not affect me... How long is the average I-485 get approved? I think fb&eb should be the same... right?
