还是忍不住在问一句：OPT and I-485

If I file I-485 with my wife and apply EAD for her at the same time, but after we file I-485 together before we receive EAD, a retrogression come again. Can we still receive EAD within 90 days? Can the retrogression affect EAD? For example, if I file I-140 and I-485 with my wife, also apply EAD before 7/30/07,retrogression will come again on September to 9/1/2006, can we receive EAD before or around 10/31/07 or around? Please help, thanks a lot!!
