have a point system which records how many times you have called to inquiry your case. I heard it is 10 pts for each call, and when your total points reach a threshold, your case is automatically trashed w/o any trace, although you may still check your case status online.

The source informs that threshold is somewhat related to your GPA unless you're a straight As, your credit score, and I was even told how many time you fight with your spouse will have serious impact adversely.

Be careful.
