1. If I file I-485 alone before or during my wife apply OPT(August), is there any effect for her opt application?
- May or may not be denied. Depends on INS's cross checking.

2. If I file I-485 first without her, how to add her to my I-485? Is there any risk?
- Filing another I-485/325A. No risk at all.
