PJIang, 2 questions about 485 filling

I just odered one kit ( AOSkit), it has samples for filling 485, in which current status is H1B or H4, and nonimmigrant visa No. is control No. After reading your 485 filling hand by hand, I was very confused. I don't know which one is correct.
