谢谢GC2020, 但问题是我律师要啊,而且

现在他的身份证也没有了,国内的法院或档案馆不给他调资料,有户口本都不行,主要是卡在这里了,也许最终会找到人帮办,但也要一些迂回和时间. 他不能提供离婚证据的话,是否就说明我们的婚姻不属实?那我也不能申请485了(我是F-2过来的,现在H-1)?但我们有结婚公证啊!疯了....
