有关问题3。其实我作为derivative在七个月前递交了485(EB3). 现在我自己的也变current (EB2)，但没有再递一份485因为网上和律师的说法相同--认为没有必要再file another 485。最近想换工作/一家团聚。所以出现上述问题。
1。怎么知道目前的公司以后是否撤销140呢？
2。即使用现在140的PD，PERM及140 是否还得重头来?
