My wife is helding H1B now and her I-485 is pending as a dependent. She wants to use EAD next year, because her H1B will be 7th year after 06/30/2008. Question 1.Can she still extend her H1B because of her pending I-485? Question 2. Can she apply for EAD, but requir the exact starting time, for example, 01/01/2008? I would appreciate your help very much. thanks in advance.
