Justin Fok or Mark Harrington

I am trying to get a lawyer to help me with my EB1b application. Currently, I am considering Justin Fok in Chen Danhong 's law firm and Mark Harrington in Texas. I am in San Jose now. Anybody has some suggestions? Thanks!
