I864填表疑问请教

老公申请EB2, I-140pending,现提交1-485，我也随着一起交1-485和864表。有几个问题I864填表请教：
1。part2, Information on the principle immigrant. 是填我的信息还是我老公的信息。
2。part3,Information on the immigrant you are sponsoring. 应该选第8项：I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2 above. 还是第9项: I am sponsoring the following members.....
3. part4, item 19: citizenship/Residency.选项有citizen, national, permanet resident. 没有一个符合，该怎么办？
4。 并没有看到需要公证员的地方，是否需要公证呢？如果需要，公证员应该在哪儿签名。
