收到485批准通知后 还需要做什么？

收到Email通知，是这么说的：
On June 16, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

这是说寄出来的是那张批准通知的纸，不是卡吧？大概多长时间收到那张卡呢？听说要在护照上盖什么章是吧？
