Got F1 approval notice yet ?

Normally, it'd be better to just change status within US. If you just go for F1 visa without the F1 apporval notice from USCIS, most likely you'll be rejected. Although it's not 100%, not worth trying it. For change status to F1, you get help from your ISO.
