非法工作和 file 485

因为 file 485只是填5年内的工作经历。这么说移民局只调查5年内的工作情况。

如果3，4年前有过黑工经历，可不可以 140 批了，暂时不 file 485, 等打得黑工超过5年后再file 485. 这样移民局就一般不会查？对吗？
