I134 和I-131 填表问题, 请教xiaobaitu和所有热心朋友

Question about I134: I'm filing I-485 as the spouse of my hu*****and. My hu*****and need fill out form I134 to prove he can provide financial support for me. Item 11 of the I134 is: That I intend /do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.
Must we choose "intend"? If we choose "do not intend", does it necessary mean my hu*****and will not provide support for me?

Question about I131(applying for AP): Part 7 : On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrantissuance of advance parole.
How to answer this question? A few people says if your 485 is employment based, you don't have to fill out this part? Is that true? My hu*****and '485 is employment based. Does he need to fill out this part?
