mine is less than one page. Tell them your academic background. I told them the reason I need a j waivor is I need more time to finish my project with my professor and I would like to pursue PhD so I will need more time.
but a lawyer told me phD is hard to get the waivor since us wants to show friendly to china gov by sending phDs back their country
