485 help needed!

my TB test was postive and X-ray is clear but the examination doctor still asked me to take 6 months medicine. After I took medicine for two months, my doctor asked me to stop taking medicine after I took X-ray again and showing it is clear. I just wonder if i stop to taking medicine, it will hurt my 485 or not? any suggestins needed? Thanks
