请教法居士,假博士/mail passport

I am going back to China next weekend and will apply for H-1B visa in Beijing. You know, the US Consulate just adopted the new procedure, taking the fingerprint and mailing the passport with visa to the applicat. Does anybody know how many days it takes to mail the passport by EMS? I live in Beijing. Thanks a million.
