140 pending, want to premium process with 485 filing

My 140 is pending in TSC now. I want to file 485 in July, and at the same time send a premium processing for the previous filed 140, not refile a new one. My question is: can USCIS link this premium processing 140 filed with 485 with my pending one?

Since my prevous pending 140 is in TSC, this time I will send me PP and 485 to TSC. Is this right?
