NIW能不能让做飞机制造的院士给做细胞的人写推荐信啊?

搞飞机制造的美国院士,能让他给我写NIW推荐信吗?我是做细胞的.看了一下大概文章,很难找共同点,但是急需一个院士写,他算关系好应该会写的,能行吗?谢谢.
