急问：I-485 申请，我以前是否曾经 Out of Status

我和夫人都是H1b, 现我随夫人file I485, 填过去经历时意识到我去年3月至8月可能out of Status了。恳请大家帮我判断一下。

我去年2月申请从上一个H1b转成F1并在3月被批准。可我的F1要到9月才开学，我3月就辞了工作并在美国一直等到9月开学。12月找到工作并持新H1b至今。

我的律师说我3月到8月是 out of status, since my F1 will not be effective until September. 这是真的吗？会影响我的485申请吗？
