How to staple the I485 materials?

I punched two holes and fastened the half-inch-thick files using the metal clips (specially made for two-hole), I did this way to my DIY I140 materials.

Does anybody know what is the recommended way to bind the mateirals? Or anyway as long as it works neatly.
