用 AP 对H1 VISA 有影响吗?

6 月14 日回国, 签证被CHECK,同时接到朋友 EMAIL , AP 已6月初批下,刚寄到.请问各位,我若不要签证,用AP 回美, 对我的H1身份有影响吗? 谢谢!
