485 急问求教，在线等

我的I-140 receipt date 是1/12/2007，现在还Pending（EB-2，Special Handling for professors。LC filed 11/2006）。现在排期结束想交485，问题如下：

1，我应该加速 I-140 吗？
2，我妻子正好现在回国度假，7月中旬才能回美国，请问我应该等她回来一起交485，还是我先交以免又开始排期？

我的律师说他们按照收到我们的“全部申请材料（除体检）”的日期递交485，我在想如果我等妻子回来再申请可能太晚了。我手头有出生公证，结婚公证等所有材料，明天就可以体检并且把材料寄给律师。
