but could not find a solution. Some said you can file 2 I-485, some said no.

I hope to follow XBT's suggestion. But my attorney said I should only one(my Eb1b 140 approved and NIW 140 pending). I don't want to miss the NIW opportunity since it provides more freedom.

Any suggestions?
