can only DX or ZJ answer this question?

BACKGROUND:
have filed three I-140 totoally.
1st EB1a/TSC denial;
2nd NIW/TSC approved;
3rd EB1a/NSC pending.
haven't filed any i-485 before.
Now file 485 based on 2nd i-140.

QUESTION:
How to answer the question of the last section in part3 of form 485?
"have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the US?"

searched several immigration forum, nope.
hope could find a firm answer here.
