I-693 physical exam form showed an expiry 6/30/2006

After the exam, I found out that the copy of I-693 the doctor gave me showed an expiry date of 6/30/2006. I checked USCIS forms requirement and it says the current edition of I-693 is 9/15/2005 and all previous editions accepted. So does this mean that even if this I-693 form of mine expired, it can still be accepted?? Thanks.
