两个律师谁说的对？485 pending期间H1延期问题。

１４０批了，４８５今年初递上，尚无消息，马上快半年了．
现在要延期H1B, 这是第８年延期了．我们的律师说，可一下延三年，可另一个同是做移民的律师朋友说，不可能延三年，应该是一年．

因为１４０已经批了，而且４８５是current, 不是劳工卡批了，１４０，４８５没名额，等半年以上．

不知哪个律师说的对？
