Filed Eb1b and NIW 140 at the same time. Eb1b 140 approved and NIW 140 pending.

Question: 因NIW换工作限制少,很想先申请 NIW 485 (140 pending).万一不批准再申请 EB1B 485 (140 已批准).这样好吗?

白兔大侠said many times that one can file two 485 as long as the A# is the same. But 问了几个律师,都说不可.

白兔等大侠, can you please give more information? I really hope what you said is correct.


另,如果EB1B 与 NIW PD 同, 哪个的485会早批准?

再, NIW 140 一般多久可批准(at TSC)?
