请小白兔看看，我能递第二个485吗？

I have two GC processes going on. One was with my wife and other one is in the company which I worked with.

My wife filed EB2 I-485/I-140 in 10/2004 and she got GC in 10/2006. But my I-485 filed as the dependant with my wife is still pending due to FBI Name Check. I did sent letter to FBI/senator etc but no result so far.

My own GC process:
Got PERM 06/2006, I-140 approved in 4/2007.

Now my company lawyer asked me to file my own employment based I-485 EB2 (They don't know my other I485 process with my wife). Can I file the second I485 to accelerate the Name check process without withdraw the first one?
