NIW 140 RD 03/29/2006, AD 08/06/2006 at TSC, 485 has not ted yet due to backlog.
EB1b 140 and 485 concurrently ted to NSC by employer 03/15/2007, pending.
Question: Can I send second (NIW) 485 through my attorney? If I do so, will it have any bad impact on my EB1b 485? Or will it have any bad impact on my immigration status as a whole?
