file 485 but have criminal record

My 140 is pending and is ready file 485 now.

I was arrested for shoplifting five years ago. The judge ordered me to an education program and then I was released without conviction. After that, I immediately expunged my arrest record.

What do I need to say on my 485? Am I still eligible for immigration?
Do you guys know any lawyer that has experience on this?

I feel very bad ever since my mistake. Please give me some advice! Thanks!!!
