I140(vermont center),help!

Our I140 was received on June 27, 2002 in Vermont center. Now the processing time is on July 5,2002. Howerve, we didn't get any furthur information by internet, phone call, even went to Vermont center yesterday(they refused to check for individual and very rude). Does anybody in vermont center get any approval letter recently for outstanding professor & researcher? Any suggestion for our situation, really appreciate!
