Have you ever been a member of, or in any way affiliated with, the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party?

郑重呼唤版上已通过485的同仁recall, 你们当时是如何填这项的。

如果曾经是团员，应该算“in any way affiliated with”吧。

Same question for Part 3C, the list of the organization/association/fund/
foundation/party/club/society since 16th birthday.
