H-1B visa stamped, Help!!!

I transfered from F-1 to H1-B recently, and plan to visit china in a few weeks. Can I apply for a H1-B visa in Hong Kong? My homtowne is in Guangdong, and will return home through Hong Kong. Any information or advice are highly appreciated.
