我可以换工作吗

我三月份现在的公司帮我同时递交了i140和i485,eb1-B
现在都是pending.
我昨天又upgrade了i140加急，
我现在想换工作，

我想确认一下，对于同时file的i140,i485，eb1b这种情况，
如果
1. i140 approved
2. i485 pending for more than 180 days.
3. working at the similar area

请问我能换工作吗？？？？
