You should have a verified divorce decree, if not, ask the court to send one to you. Of course, you need to pay some money. You only need to give a copy of the verified divorce decree to your attorney.

Because you re-married in US, just give a copy of your marriage license and marriage certificate to your attorney. That's enough.
