Xiaobaitu & other experts please. 2 I-485

I believe many friends have the questions about multiple I-485. Even the attorneys I asked do not have the same answer. Your help is greatly appreciated.

1. My EB1b 140 was approved recently and NIW 140 is pending. Can I I-485 for each of them? Some attorneys said no. They said USCIS will ask to withdraw one of them. Is this true?

2. In general, will a 485 of EB1b be approved earlier than a 485 of NIW?

3. If I can only one, which 485 (EB1b or NIW) is better?
