First FP Sept 2005
EAD RD and AD Nov 2005
Went to company with EAD Aug 2006
EAD Renew Oct 2006
Second FP Feb 2007
After 2nd FP, No LUD.
485 AD Jun 20, 2007 for both (card ordered)

No REF for both 140 and 485.
in Aug 2006, went to industry with EAD, Ended miserable PostDoc life.
Job with EAD, while 485 pending, made me feel risky. Considering the life as a postDoc, I took the risk.

The lawyers worked on my case are very professional, especially the one work on my 140. If you need a recomendation, send me 悄悄话.
