485 approved in NSC

My 485 got approved at NSC this morning. My hu*****and’s status remains the same. Is it normal? Anyone knows why? (I am the primary applicant)

I got so many help from people in this forum since 2003 when I was preparing to file my first H-1 by myself, I can’t thank these people enough. Xiaobaitu, Twocents, Radiology, abcd, aus, maplely, ilovemomidad, thank you so much for you guys’ help! Especially xiaobaitu, I really really appreciate it!

RIR (DIY) filed in 03/2004
Transfer to Backlog center in 08/2004
Got 45 days letter in 04/2006
RIR approved in 05/2006
EB2 140 filed in 6/2006
Pay $1000 premium fee for 140 in 10/2006
140 approved in 11/2006
Filed 485 with spouse on 11/3/2006
Finger print notice on 11/15/06
Finger print on 12/6/2006
LUD 1/2/2007
No update since then
My 485 got approved on 6/19/2007 but my hu*****and’s 485 still pending
