请问有arrest record 需要向移民局提供什么 附加资料

这是为申请485。
The local court asked us to provide detailed list of items we want to put in the document.
The default one:
1. case number,
2. date
3. what is accused of
4. outcome (guilty or not guilty)
We also asked for the information that
5. All services required by the court have been completed and the case is over.

Anything else we should request the court to provide?
