The information in Part 3 pertains to you. ......This form is basically to inform US embassy in china that your status has changed and now your wife and son(or all the children of any person) can get a immigration visa to come here and will get a green card as they are a family of a green card holder. It does not require any information about your family ( Wife and Kids).......
