H1延期. H1 6/27/07到期,去年五月递了NIW, 年底被拒.

今年一月又递了NIW, 还没消息. 到最后只好试EB1A, 6/12递的,6/15就批了. HR说H1不能延, 只能递485和工卡, 等工卡拿到才能工作.只能这样吗?
请大侠们给些建议!
